Solutions:
(1 – 5):

1). e)
2). c)
3). e)
4). b)
5). d)

6). d) The pattern is,
19+11 = 30
30+14 (=11+3) = 44
44+23(=14+32) = 67
67+50 (=23+33) = 117
Therefore, ? = 117 + (50+34) = 117 + 50 + 81 = 248

7). e) The pattern is,
7+13 +1 = 7 +2 =9
9+23 +1=9+9=18
18+33+1=18+28=46
46+43+1=46 +65 =111
111+53+1=111 +126
=237

8). e) The pattern is,
7+1 × 17= 7+17= 24
24+2 × 17 = 24+34 = 58
58+3× 17 = 58 + 51 = 109
109+4×17 = 109 + 68
=177
177+5  × 17 = 177 + 85 = 262

9). c) The pattern is,
19+1= 19 +1=20
20-2 = 20-4=16
16 +3 =16 +9=25
25-42   =25-16=9
9+5= 9 + 25 = 34

10). e) The  pattern is,
7.4 +1.8 =9.2
9.2+2.2=11.4
11.4+2.6=14
14+3=17
17+3.4=20.4
