2). a) Let the expenditure was x lakhs
So,50 = 30-x/x * 100
x = 20 lakhs
3). b) In 2007, rise % = 35-10/10 * 100 = 250 %
4). c) Req % = (50-45)/45 x 100 = 11.11% ≈ 11%
5). d) Req % profit = (35-15)/15 x 100 = 133.33%
