4 à × 2+(2)2 = 12
12à× 3+(3)2 = 45
45à× 4+(4)2 = 196
196à× 5+(5)2 = 1005
1005à× 6+(6)2 = 6066
6066à× 7+(7)2 = 42511
Hence, 42 is the wrong number

13à×  2 -1= 25
25à × 2 -1= 49

Let Nisha salary be 100,
à Remaining after expenditure = 25
Nisha’s savings = 60% of 25 =(60/100) × 25=15
She gave 2100 to her sister, so 25-15= 10
10% = 2100
∴ 100% =21000 (Nisha’s salary)
Asha’s salary = 75 % 21000  (since, 25% less than Nisha’s salary )
= 15750
∴ Asha’s expenditure= 60% of 15750 = 9,450

Let sides of the square be a & b,
à ‘a’ is increased by 30%, the other side ‘b’ is decreased by = 30+ b+ (30b/100) = 0
= 130b / 100 = 30
B = 23 1/13%

Original price of the sugar = (10 × 300) / [(100 - 10) × 1] = (10×300) / (90×1) = 33.34
