3. For answering this question, we do not need the data provided in pie-chart. Simply we find out which city shows the maximum percentage of girls passing?

4. Let the total no. of passing students be “x”
Then, 18% of x × (9 / 16%) of x × (3 / 8) = 3630

5. No. of boys passing from the rest part of the country in X exam
= 25% of 1.20 × (5 / 14) 10720

6). No. of students passing from Kolkata in X exam = 17000 × (10 / 20) =8500
