Solution:
1).C) Boys = 650000 ร— (18/100) ร— (58/100) = 67860

2). B) Diff = 650000 ร— (20/100) ร— [(63-37)]/100
= 65ร—20ร—26 = 33800

3). D)Ratio =[ 650000 ร— (18/100) ร— (42/100)] / [650000 ร— (24/100) ร— (45/100)]
= (18ร—42)/(24ร—45) = 7/10

4). B) FB = 650000ร— (21/100) ร— (52/100) = 70980
Req % = (70980/650000) ร— 100 = 10.92%

5). A) Total Girls
= 650000 /(100 ร— 100)
ร— [(20 ร—37) + (18 ร—42) + (24 ร—45) + (9 ร—51) + (8 ร—53) + (21 ร—48)]
= 65ร— (740+756+1080+459+424+1008) = 65ร—4467
= 290355

6). D) 150ร—.65 + 120ร—.75 + 50ร—.7 + 50ร—.54 + 63 + 200ร—.57
= 97.5 + 90 + 35 + 27 + 63 + 114 = 426.5

7). C) Avg. = [120/(100 ร— 5)] (65 + 50 +75 + 55+ 40) = (1.2/5) ร—285
= 1.2 ร— 57 = 68.4

8). B) CT = 100ร— (63/100) = 63,  Dp = 150 ร— (48/100) = 72

9). D) Av = 200ร—(49.5/ 100) = 99,  BQ = 120ร—(50/100) = 72
Req. % = [(99 โ€“ 60)/60] ร— 100 = (3900/60) = 65%

10). B) ETotal = 150ร—.56 + 120ร—.4 + 50ร—.48 + 50ร—.46 + 53 + 200ร—.525
= 84 + 48 + 24 + 23 + 53 + 105 = 337
Total marks = 150 + 120 +50 +50 + 100 + 200 = 670
Req. % =(337/670) ร— 100 = 50.298 = 50.3 %
