Useful Tips about English Grammar- Tenses:

Tenses:     
     The wordTenserefers totime. Verbs have different forms, which we calltenses. Tenses tell us thetime of action orstate of being of something. That means, whether something takes place in thepresent, pastor future.Thus based on the time of action we have three tenses –Present, PastandFuture.

Present Tense:
    ThePresent tense refers to present events – now, at this time, today, this week, and this year recently.

Past Tense:
    ThePast tense refers to past actions. Whatever happened, completed, finished we call past tense. The expressions yesterday, last day, sometime back, ago etc., would clearly indicate the past events.

Future Tense:
    Thefuture tense refers to an action which isgoing to take place.The expressionstomorrow, next week, later, next year etc would clearly indicate theFuture Tense.
