The Preliminary round has 3 sections which are English, Quantitative Aptitude and Reasoning Ability. The time for the Prelims round to take place is also very less from today’s date. We will have 12 days only to revise all the sections. This is how you can proceed:

  • Give 3 days per section and you’ll end up using 9 days from the remaining 12 days
  • For each section, utilize the first 2 days to learn new concepts and chapters
  • Use the last day of the 3 days to revise all the chapters that you already know
  • Use the final 3 days of 12 days to solve only mock tests, one section per day

J&K Bank PO Main Exam Strategy

For the main exam, you will still have enough time to prepare, so we are not giving you a day wise schedule, however, it should be noted that, after completing 2-3 chapters, it is necessary that you take a mock test on those topics to see how far you’ve understood the chapters.

All the sections from Prelims are a part of the J&K Main exam as well, so along with reading books for J&K bank Prelims exam preparation, you need to learn two more sections for the J&K Main exam. So here are some preparation strategies for those sections:

Computer Aptitude

  • Make sure that you cover the entire syllabus
  • If you don’t understand any chapter, seek help from an expert but don’t simply memorize
  • Expect to apply practical knowledge into your theoretical paper
  • Solve sectional mock tests to get an idea about the type of questions to expect

Banking Awareness

  • Learn all the banking terms
  • Make sure, you cover the full syllabus
  • Write down all the tough or confusing terms in a copy and revise them daily for an hour
  • Do not write an answer based on assumptions
