The key instructions regarding the NABARD DA Prelims Exam 2026 mentioned on the admit card are detailed below.
- The examination will be conducted in online mode. Candidates must log in to the exam portal using their Login ID and Password. Ensure that your name and other personal details displayed on the screen are accurate.
- You must carry a printed copy of the call letter with your recent photograph affixed, along with a valid original photo ID proof and a photocopy of the same. The name on the call letter must exactly match the name on the photo ID proof. Female candidates who have changed their name after marriage should take special care. In case of any name mismatch, entry will not be permitted. Candidates who have changed their name must produce valid supporting documents such as a Gazette notification, marriage certificate, or affidavit.
- A detailed information handout is available on the official NABARD website. Candidates are advised to download and read it thoroughly before the exam.
- Candidates must affix their left thumb impression and sign in the designated space on the call letter in the presence of the invigilator. A ballpoint pen must be brought to the exam hall. Candidates may also carry their own blue or black ink stamp pad.
- The call letter is issued provisionally, without prior verification of eligibility criteria such as age, educational qualification, category, Ex-serviceman status, or PwBD status. Candidates must ensure they meet all eligibility conditions as specified in the official notification before appearing for the exam.
- Responses will be analysed to detect similarities in answer patterns. If malpractice or answer-sharing is suspected, candidature may be cancelled and results withheld.
- Candidates must report to the exam centre at least 15 minutes before the reporting time mentioned on the call letter. Latecomers will not be allowed to enter the examination hall.
- Electronic devices and prohibited items such as books, notebooks, calculators, smart watches, pagers, and mobile phones are strictly banned. Candidates should avoid bringing such items, as safe storage cannot be guaranteed.
- Any form of unfair practice, misconduct, or assistance given or received during the exam will lead to disqualification. Candidates must ensure that no one copies their answers. Requests for change of post, exam date, session, or centre will not be entertained.
- The call letter does not constitute an offer of employment. It is issued purely on a provisional basis and does not guarantee selection. If any information provided by the candidate is found incorrect, incomplete, or inconsistent with eligibility requirements at any stage, the candidature will be cancelled, even after selection.
- Canvassing or attempting to influence the recruitment process in any manner will result in disqualification. No correspondence regarding such matters will be entertained.
- In rare cases, technical issues may affect the conduct of the online exam. Necessary corrective measures, including re-examination if required, will be taken at the discretion of the conducting authority. The decision of the exam body will be final. Candidates unwilling to accept such changes will forfeit their candidature.
- Any unauthorised sharing, reproduction, or transmission of exam content in any form is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
- PwBD candidates should report to the Test Centre Administrator at least 30 minutes before the exam for seating assistance, if required.
- At the end of the examination, candidates must submit rough sheets, call letter, and ID proof copy to the invigilator. No candidate may leave the examination hall without permission from the Supervisor or Invigilator.
- Candidates are also advised to be aware of “The Public Examinations (Prevention of Unfair Means) Act, 2024.”
