5) Rs. 8000 is invested in Simple Interest for 5 years at a rate of R%. Then the amount reinvested in compound Interest at a rate of 10% per annum for 2 years. The amount became Rs. 2856 in Compound Interest. What is the value of R?

H and C are immediate neighbours. Three people sits between H and D. G sits third to the left of D. E sits third to the left of J.

2) Nine people P, Q, R, S, T, U, V, W and X are live in a nine storey building but no necessarily in the same order. The ground floor is numbered 1 and the topmost floor is numbered 9. V lives on the fifth floor. Two people live between W and V. P lives immediately below W. As many people live below P as same as above Q. One people live between X and Q. R lives immediately above T. S lives above U.
