Railway RRB Exam date – NTPC and Group D CBT from 15 Dec 2020

Railway recruitment board has announced the Railway RRB exam date for Group D & NTPC Exams 2019. A total of 1.40 lakhs has been announced finally. The Railway RRB Exams  were initially scheduled to be conducted in June and July of 2019, due to concern in finding the exam centre there was a delay. As per the official announcement by the Railway recruitment board, the Railway RRB exams will commence from December 15, 2020. There are a total of 2.40 crore candidates applied to fill the 1.49 lakhs post. Railway Minister Piyush Goyal has announced the RRB Exam dates  on his social media handle by retweeting the announcement of RRB Chairman Vinod Dua.

Railway RRB Exams- RRB NTPC Pattern

The RRB NTPC Exam Pattern consists of the following stages:

  • Computer Based Test ( Stage – 1)
  • Computer Based Test ( Stage – 2)
  • Skill / Aptitude Test
  • Document Verification
  • Medical Examination

The Skill Test is only for the candidates who apply for the post of Junior Accountant Assistant, Senior Clerk cum Typist and Senior Time Keeper. The aptitude test is for those who have applied for the post of Traffic Assistant and Assistant Station Master.
