Answers:

Direction (1-5)

H is 2nd from one of the ends. E is 70kg and two persons are sitting between E and H.

Case 1:

H E
70

Case 2:

E H
70

Take case 1:

B is 2nd to the left of A. B is not neighbor of H. A and B are not sitting at any end.

H B E A
70

Only one person is lighter to B so B is 60kg. H is lighter to E but heavier to B so H is either 63 or 66kg. D is lighter to H and neighbor of A. The one whose weight is 63kg is 2nd to the left of F. F is not neighbor of B. From this A is 63kg but it is given A is not 63kg so this case gets rejected.

H B E A D F
60 70 63

Take Case 2:

B is 2nd to the left of A. B is not neighbor of H. A and B are not sitting at any end. Only one person is lighter to B so B is 60kg.

B E A H
60 70

The one whose weight is 63kg is 2nd to the left of F. F is not neighbor of B. D is lighter to H and neighbor of A so D is 63kg.

B E A D H F
60 70 63

The number of persons are heavier to F is same as lighter to D so F is 74kg. H is lighter to E but heavier to B so H is 66kg. A is lighter to E so A is 56kg. Two persons are sitting between the one whose weight is 80kg and the one whose weight is 56kg.

B E A D H F
85 80 60 70 56 63 66 74

G is not the heaviest person. So C is 85kg and G is 80kg.

Here is the final arrangement:

C G B E A D H F
85 80 60 70 56 63 66 74

  1. Answer: B

A is the lightest.

Hence, option B.

  1. Answer: D

3 persons are sitting between C and A.

Hence, option D.

  1. Answer: A

E is 3rd to the left of H.

Hence, option A.

  1. Answer: C

Hence, option C.

  1. Answer: B

Only one person is heavier to G.

Hence, option B.

Direction (6-10)

In each step, one number and one word is arranged at the left end.

Words are arranging according to the letter present in the word. In step I, “mind” has only 4 letters so it is at the left end then in step II, “title” has the 5 letters so it is at the left end so this will continue.

Number are arranging in increasing order and difference of the digit will be add to the that number.

E.G. =14 is the smallest number and (4-1=3) so final number is “143”.

Input: victory 36 67 title register 46 middle 14 23 mind
