1). Abysmal (Adjective) भयानक

Definition: extremely bad; appalling.

 Synonyms: dreadful, awful, terrible, frightful, atrocious, disgraceful, deplorable, shameful, woeful, hopeless

Antonyms: good, outstanding, measurable, low

Usage: the quality of her work is abysmal

 

2). Enforcement (Noun) प्रवर्तन

Definition:  the act of compelling observance of or compliance with a law, rule, or obligation.

Synonyms: imposition, implementation, application, carrying out, administration, administering, discharge, fulfilment, execution, prosecution

Antonyms: cease, halt, refuse, stop

Usage: the strict enforcement of environmental regulations

Antonyms: absolve, clear, exonerate

Usage: accusations of bribery

 

9). Scepticism (Noun) – संशयवाद

Definition: a sceptical attitude; doubt as to the truth of something

Synonyms: doubt, doubtfulness, dubiousness, a pinch of salt, lack of conviction

Antonyms: conviction, belief, faith

Usage: these claims were treated with scepticism

 

10). Jitter (Noun) – कलमलाना

Definition: feelings of extreme nervousness.

Synonyms:  anxiety, fidgets, dither, shivers

Antonyms: calmness

Usage: a bout of the jitters
