6) Rampant (Adjective) – अनियंत्रित

Meaning: flourishing or spreading unchecked.

7) Negotiable (Adjective) – बातचीत योग्य

Meaning: open to discussion or modification.

10) Penal (Adjective) – अत्यधिक

Meaning: extremely severe.

Synonyms: exorbitant, extortionate, excessive

Antonyms: rewarding, beneficial

Usage: “avoid borrowing at penal rates of interest”
