• In case of dual specialization, the major / main specialization should be HRM.

Management Trainee (Marketing):

• The candidate should have minimum of 60% marks in aggregate of all years / semesters & all subjects (50% in aggregate for SC) in Bachelors Degree (Full time) as well in MBA / PG Degree / PG Diploma (Full time course of minimum 2 years) in Marketing Management from a recognized University / Institute.
• In case of dual specialization, the major / main specialization should be Marketing Management.

Management (CC):

For CC cadre, the educational qualification for Vizag steel recruitment 2020 are,

• The candidate should have minimum of 60% marks in aggregate of all years / semesters & all subjects in Bachelors Degree (Full time) as well in MBA / PG Degree / PG Diploma (Full time course of minimum 2 years) in Mass Communications / Journalism from a recognized University / Institute.

Age:

Selection Process for Management Trainee:

• The eligible candidates desirous to apply for the post of MT (HR), MT (Mktg) & MT (CC) in RINL should appear for UGC-NET examination of June-2020 in the Papers which is given in notification PDF.

Final merit list will be prepared considering the scores obtained by the candidates in UGC-NET June-2020 examination and Personal Interview. Merit list will be prepared Post-wise and Category-wise.

Basic Pay, Training & Probation For Management Trainee:

Candidates selected as Management Trainees will have training for one year. After successful completion of training, the candidates will have probation for one more year. Selected candidates will have a Basic Pay of Rs.20,600/- p.m.

Dermatologist Minimum Qualification:

Following are the essential qualification for the dermatologist post under vizag steel recruitment 2020.

• Degree in Medicine i.e. MBBS from a University / Institute recognized by the Medical Council of India.
• A Post Graduate qualification /  MD  /DNB in Dermatology from a University / Institute recognized by the Medical Council of India.
• Permanent Registration Certification from either State Medical Council or MCI.
• Minimum One year Post PG/MD/DNB experience in Dermatology work as on 01.05.2020.

Selection Process for Dermatologist:

The Mode of Selection is through shortlisting of eligible applications & Personal Interview for shortlisted / eligible candidates. Only those candidates found fit in Medical Examination as per prevailing pre Employment Medical examination Rules will be issued with offer of appointment.

Duration of Engagement:

Engagement would be on contractual basis for ONE YEAR from the date of joining. The contract may be extendable on yearly basis at the discretion of the Management upto maximum period of Three Years. Each term will be fresh contract and at the end of each yearly term, contract will be deemed to have been expired. If consent is given for extension, the same shall be treated as fresh contract without any continuity.
