Eligibility Criteria for Union Council of Ministers:

The eligibility for the council of ministers is that the person should be a member of Parliament. The eligibility for the MP are,

  • Should be an Indian citizen.
  • Persons with age less than 25 years are not eligible.
  • Must be a voter of any parliamentary constituency.
  • MP candidate must have 10 proposers.
  • Candidates are required to make a security deposit of Rs.25,000.
