ESIC Exam pattern 2020 | Pattern for different posts

Employee State Insurance Corporation conducts an exam to recruit eligible candidates for paramedical posts, Clerk, MTS, UDC and stenographer. ESIC is a national level examination conducted once in a year. The recruitment process depends on the post applied. Candidates who are satisfying the eligibility criteria and experience should apply before 20 dates from the date of Application. ESIC Exam pattern: Insurance Medical Officers ( Grade II)

The exam will be a computer based Multiple choice type pattern and it should be completed within 2 hrs.

ESIC Exam Pattern: Junior Engineer

Paper 1: 

The first stage of the exam will be the written stage. Paper 1 and paper 2 consists of 100 questions for 100 marks  which are of objective type and should be completed within the stipulated two hours time. 0.25 marks will be deducted for every wrong answer.

ESIC Exam Pattern: Multi tasking staff

The paper consists of four subjects for a maximum of 200 marks which should be completed within stipulated 2 hours time and 2 hours 40 minutes time is given for VH candidates. The questions will be set in English and Hindi language.

ESIC Exam pattern: Upper Division Clerk (UDC):

There are two stages in the UDC exam that is preliminary and the Main exam.

Preliminary exam:

  • The marks scored in the first stage will be counted for the final selection.
  • The examination will be conducted in both English and Hindi.
  • 0.25 marks will be deducted for every wrong answer.
