Sum of the number of chocolates have by Q and W is equal to S, who has the maximum number of chocolatesbut above 10.Q neither has square number of chocolate nor has even number of chocolate. Three persons sit between Q and S. P sits third to the left of the one who has even number of chocolates above 6 and below 10.P sits left of Q.Two persons sit between R and W. Product of number of chocolates have by R and U will be equal to S.Only one person sits between P and Q. V has square number of chocolates. V has more number of chocolates than W. P does not has even number of chocolates.Neither Q nor S sits at any of the extreme end. W has prime number of chocolates. Answers :

Directions (1-2) :

1) Answer: E

More than three dozen people have died and an estimated ₹8,316 crore worth of economic assets have been lost in the seasonal rain, particularly over the past week due to continuous rainfall on several districts of kerala.

So, both assumption I and II follows.

2) Answer: E

Both assumption I and II implies that the primary reason that attracts medical value travel to India is cost-effectiveness, and treatment from accredited facilities at par with developed countries at much lower cost.

Directions (3-5) :

3) Answer: A

RBI (under FEMA) accords special status to students going abroad, they would be treated as NRI’s from their departure from India, therefore he/she must intimate the change in her residential status before departure.

So statement I is cause and II is its effect.

4) Answer: E

Both statements are effects of noise pollution.

5) Answer: A

RBI (under FEMA) accords special status to students going abroad, they would be treated as NRI’s from their departure from India, therefore he/she must intimate the change in her residential status before departure.

So statement I is cause and II is its effect.

Directions (6-10):

Sum of the number of chocolates have by Q and W is equal to S, who has the maximum number of chocolates above 10.

So S either has 11 or 12 chocolates.

W has prime number of chocolates. Q neither has square number of chocolate nor has even number of chocolate.

W has 3, 5 or 7 chocolates.

Q + W = S

Q > W

9 + 3 = 12, 7 + 5 = 12, 8 + 3 = 11, 6 + 5 = 11, 4 + 7 = 11

Q neither has square number of chocolate nor has even number of chocolate.

So definitely Q has 7 chocolates, W has 5 chocolates and S has 12 chocolates.

Three persons sit between Q and S. Neither Q nor S sits at any of the extreme end.

P sits third to the left of the one who has even number of chocolates above 6 and below 10. Only one person sits between P and Q. P sits left of Q.

Two persons sit between R and W. R does not sit at any of the extreme end. Number of persons sits to the left of W is one more than the number of persons sits to the right of T.

Case 1: A, Case 2: A and Case 2: B will be dropped because Number of persons sits to the left of W is one more than the number of persons sits to the right of T.

Case 2 : C will be dropped because  R cannot be fixed.

R * U=S (12)

V has square number of chocolates. V has more number of chocolates than W.

V=9.

P + R = V.

Only one case is possible P = 3, R = 6, U = 2

6) Answer: D

7) Answer: B

8) Answer: D

9) Answer: B

10) Answer: D
