Direction (1-5): Read the following information carefully and answer the questions given below.

In the given figure the four-line segments 1, 2, 3 and 4 are AD, BE, CG and FH respectively. The lengths of the lines are 48m, 40m, 35m and 60m respectively.

Seven persons P, Q, R, S, T, V and W are sitting in the line 1-AD and all of them are facing south direction. With the distance between them in the increasing multiples of 6m from the left of the line(If P sits at the left end i.e., point D then the second person sits 6m away from P and so on like 12m, 18m,…)

        W sits third to the right of S and none of them sits at the last in the row. Q sits second to the left of T and is an immediate neighbour of S. Only two persons are sitting between R and V, who is not an immediate neighbour of T.

        Similarly, eight persons J, K, L, M, N, O, P and R sitting in the line 4-FH and all of them are facing south direction. They are sitting with the distance between them in the increasing multiples of 8m from the left of the line (If J sits at the left end i.e., in point H, then the second person sits 8m away from H and so on likes 16m, 24m,…)

        L sits second from the either ends of the line. Only two persons are sitting between L and M. N sits fourth to the left of K, who is an immediate neighbour of M. P sits third to the right of J. O is not an immediate neighbour of L.

Note: E and G are the extreme left ends of the lines BE and CG respectively.

1) If in the line 4-FH, all the persons are sitting with the distance of 11m from each in the same order and the remaining persons are moved to the line 3-CG. Then, who are moved to the line 3-CG?

7) Eight persons A, B, C, D, E, F, G and H are sitting in a straight line and all of them are facing north. Who sits at the extreme right end of the row?

I. H sits second to the right of E. There are two persons sitting between F and C, who is an immediate neighbour of H.

II. C sits third to the left of G. D sits to the immediate left of F.

8) How is M related to J?

I. M is the nephew of F, who is the daughter of J.

II. M is the son of T, who is the sister-in-law of F. L is married to J.

9) What is the code for ‘work’ in the given language?

I. ‘hard work good result’ is coded as ‘bj vt hm tv’ and ‘good habit gives best’ is coded as ‘ak mq bj ks’.

10) Six persons K, L, M, N, O and P are arranged based on their heights. Who among them is the second tallest?

I. K is taller than P. L is shorter than N, who is not the tallest. Only one person between N and M.

II. M is taller than only two persons. K is taller than L, who is not the shortest. N is shorter than O but taller than K.
