RRB NTPC Exam Details – Eligibility, Exam Pattern, Syllabus, Salary, Admit Card

RRB NTPC exam dates has been announced by the Railway Recruitment Board. RRB NTPC Notification 2020 is released by the Indian railways under Centralised Employment notice no. CEN 01/2019. RRB NTPC Exam is conducted to recruit candidates for Non-Technical Popular Categories (NTPC) graduate and undergraduate posts in various Zonal Railways and Production Units of Indian Railways. 

The notification was released by Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) in 2019 and there are a total of 35,208 Vacancies for this post. The exam was scheduled to be conducted between June and September but there is a delay due to the non-finalization of the exam conducting body. Now the dates has been revised and exam will commence from December 15, 2020.

RRB NTPC Eligibility Criteria:

Only candidates compromising the eligibility criteria can appear for Railway NTPC Examination.

  1. Nationality / Citizenship: Candidates must be a citizen of India, Nepal, Bhutan.
  2. Age: Candidates age should be between 18-30 years.

The Railway NTPC Admit card is expected to be released soon by the Railway Board. You can download your admit card 10 days before the exam on the official website. Candidates should visit the RRB NTPC website to download their admit cards.

Steps to download the admit card:

  • Enter into the RRB website of the region you have applied for.
  • Enter Your login credentials. Choose English or Hindi
  • Enter the registration number which you received at the time of application.
  • You will be redirected to “ Download admit Card Page “.
  • Enter your date of birth and submit
  • RRB NTPC admit card will be displayed on the screen, download your call letter in advance.
  • Download and take the print out of your RRB NTPC admit card for future use.

RRB NTPC Result:

RRB NTPC results will be released on the official website by the Railway recruitment board. Results will be published in PDF format, candidates can download their result by entering their registered user ID and password.

Steps to check the RRB NTPC result 2020:

  • Enter into the Indian Railways Official website.
  • Tap the “Results” tab.
  • Tap the results link for “RRB NTPC Result 2020” appearing on the homepage. The result will be available in PDF format. 
  • The PDF will contain the roll number of all shortlisted candidates. Candidates can search for their roll numbers.
