Phase I – CBE

Phase 2 – SSC GD Constable PET

As per the SSC GD Constable 2021 notification, the PET details are,

Race Male Female
5 Kms in 24 minutes 1.6 Kms in 8 ½ minutes

 

Race (For candidates of Ladakh Region) Male Female
1 Mile in 6 ½ minutes 800 meters in 4 minutes
  • Pregnancy at the time of PET will be considered a disqualification and pregnant female candidates shall be rejected at this stage.
  • The Ex-servicemen who will be shortlisted in Computer Based Examination will have to appear in PET/PST stage for recording measurement of height, chest, and weight only. PET will not be held for these Ex-servicemen candidates. Further, they will have to qualify for medical Examination (DME).

Phase 3 – SSC GD Constable PST:

Height:

  1. General, SC & OBC Male candidates – 170 cm
  2. General, SC & OBC Female candidates – 157 cm

Chest (in cms: Unexpanded / Minimum expansion)

  1. General, SC & OBC male candidates – 80/5

Weight:

Proportionate to height and age as per medical standards.

There will be relaxations for the candidates of other candidates as per the SSC GD Constable 2021 notification.
