• You must carry a printed copy of the call letter with your recent photograph affixed, along with a valid original photo ID proof and a photocopy of the same. The name on the call letter must exactly match the name on the photo ID proof. Female candidates who have changed their name after marriage should take special care. In case of any name mismatch, entry will not be permitted. Candidates who have changed their name must produce valid supporting documents such as a Gazette notification, marriage certificate, or affidavit.
• A detailed information handout is available on the official NABARD website. Candidates are advised to download and read it thoroughly before the exam.
• Candidates must affix their left thumb impression and sign in the designated space on the call letter in the presence of the invigilator. A ballpoint pen must be brought to the exam hall. Candidates may also carry their own blue or black ink stamp pad.
• The call letter is issued provisionally, without prior verification of eligibility criteria such as age, educational qualification, category, Ex-serviceman status, or PwBD status. Candidates must ensure they meet all eligibility conditions as specified in the official notification before appearing for the exam.
• Responses will be analysed to detect similarities in answer patterns. If malpractice or answer-sharing is suspected, candidature may be cancelled and results withheld.
