Directions (1 – 5) Read the given information carefully and answer the following questions.

There were eight friends A, B, C, D, E, F, G and H lives in an eight storey building in which bottommost floor is numbered one and the one above the one is numbered two and so on. All of them plays cricket and each of them scored different runs from different balls. The runs scored by them are 4, 9, 10, 15, 23, 36, 48 and 55. The balls faced by them are 1, 3, 5, 10, 12, 15, 24 and 50. The above information should not be necessarily in the same order.

Note: The formula to calculate the strike rate is (number of runs scored ÷ number of balls faced) × 100.

There were two person lives between A and the one who scored 55 runs. The one who scored 55 runs faced 50 balls. A lives above the one who scored 55 runs. E does not live in the topmost floor. A lives in the odd numbered floor and his strike rate is sixty. The one whose strike rate is two hundred lives immediately above A whereas the one whose strike rate is three hundred lives immediately below A. B’s strike rate is five hundred. The difference between the runs scored by B and E is 5 runs. The number of person lives between G and the one who scored 15 runs is same as the number of person lives between H and the one who scored 9 runs. C lives immediately below B. F does not scored 10 runs. G lives in the odd numbered floor and his strike rate is two hundred and thirty. F’s strike rate is two hundred and H’s strike rate is four hundred. Only one person lives between E and D. H lives above the one who scored 23 runs.

Directions (6- 10) Read the given information carefully and answer the following questions.

There were seven friends P, Q, R, S, T, U and V goes to club on different days of the week starting from Monday and ends on Sunday but not necessarily in the same order. All of them go to club by different cars such as Alto, Honda, Audi, Fiat, Ford, Tata and Hyundai. Each car is of different colours such as white, green, black, red, yellow, brown and blue but not necessarily in the same order.

There were three days gap between U and the one who has blue coloured car. There is only one day gap between U and the one who has Fiat car. There were two days gap between the one who has white coloured car and the one who has Fiat car. T likes yellow coloured car. Q does not like Alto car. There were two days gap between the one who has Ford car and the one who has black coloured car. The number of days between Q and the one who has Tata car is same as the number of days between S and the one who has Honda car. There is one day gap between R and the one who has white coloured car. V goes to the club immediately before the one who has Alto car. The Audi car is not in brown colour and blue colour. There were two days gap between P and the one who has brown coloured car. U lives below the one who has blue coloured car. There were two days gap between R and the one who Tata car. The Honda car is in red colour. The one who has Hyundai car goes to the club immediately before the one who has green coloured car. There is one day gap between the one who has Ford car and the one who has brown coloured car. S does not like the black coloured car. The one who has Tata car does not go on Monday and Sunday.
