In row 1- Prem, Ragu, Tina, Tarun, Charles and Sachin are sitting and all of them are facing south. In row 2- Arul, Grace, Mathu, Maha, Maran and Ravi are sitting and all of them are facing north. In the given seating arrangement each member of the row faces another member of the other row.

Maran faces Charles. The one who faces Charles sits third to the right of Ravi. Mathu does not sit at any of the extreme ends of the line. Tina sits third to the left of Tarun.
