Dear Aspirants, UGC NET exams are conducted on 08th July 2018. So the applications are invited from the eligible candidates for UGC NET 2018. Eligible candidates can file the application against UGC NET exam 2018. Application link will be active from 05th March and closing on 05th April 2018. Educational Qualification:
- Candidates who have secured at least 55% marks (without rounding off) in Master’s Degree OR equivalent examination from universities/institutions recognized by UGC can apply for UGC NET 2018
- In Humanities (including languages) and Social Science, Computer Science & Applications, Electronic Science etc. are eligible for this Test.
- The Other Backward Classes(OBC) belonging to non-creamy layer/Scheduled Caste(SC)/Scheduled Tribe(ST)/ persons with disability(PWD) category candidates who have secured at least 50% marks (without rounding off) in Master’s degree or equivalent examination are eligible for this Test.
Age Limit:
- Junior Research Fellowship: Not more than 30 years as on 01.07.2018.
- Assistant Professor: There is no upper age limit for applying for eligibility for Assistant Professor.
- Age relaxation available, So please refer the official notification in the below section
Examination Fee:
- General Category: Rs. 1000/-
- Other Backward Classes (Non-creamy layer): Rs. 500/-
- SC/ST/PwD/Transgender: Rs.250/-
Payment Fee:
Candidates can online pay online, follow the instructions given below
- The candidates may pay the examination fee either by credit/ debit card or through e- challan generated during the online filling of the application form.
- Service Charges may applicable
- If the Examination fee is paid by credit/debit card and status is not OK, it means the transaction is failed
- And the amount will be refunded to concerned credit/debit card within a week. Such candidates have to pay the fee once again.
- Complete the payment
- Take a print of the payment receipt for further reference.

The exam is compressed with 2 Papers the details follow as below, the examination going to held on Sunday 08th July 2018.

How to Apply:
- Eligible candidates can apply only by online at cbsenet.nic.in
- Visit the official website and apply according to the instruction given by the official notification.
- After filling the e- form with valid information then they should select exam fee payment option
- Payment of exam fee can be done through credit/debit card or through e-challan generated during the online filling of the application
- If the Examination fee is paid by credit/debit card and status is not OK, it means the transaction is failed
- And the amount will be refunded to concerned credit/debit card within a week. Such candidates have to pay the fee once again.
- Complete the payment
- Take a print of the payment receipt for further reference.
- The candidates are required to bring a photo identity card along with their printout of online admission card on the day of examination for UGC NET 2018.
