IDBI Assistant Manager Grade A Training Period:
The recruitment of IDBI Assistant Manager Grade A through the 1-year PGDBF course is divided into two segments:
- Classroom training for nine months.
- On-the-job training for three months (internship at a bank branch).
Candidates will receive a monthly stipend during the training periods. For classroom training, which is for nine months, candidates are eligible to receive INR 2,500 per month.

Initial appointment in the post of Assistant Manager will be on probation for a period of one year from the date of joining the Bank (which can be extended at the discretion of the Bank).
