Indian Air Force Recruitment 2020: The Indian Air Force has published its Notification for Airmen in Group ‘X’ (Education Instructor) and Group ‘Y’ (Medical Assistant). Interested candidates can check their eligibility details and walk into the Rally venue on 24th & 26th February 2020

Recently the IAF Recruitment 2020 has released it’s IAF Notification 2020 for Education Instructor and Medical Assistant Posts. Indian Air Force offers opportunities for Male Candidates from the State of Karnataka to join as Airmen. The Recruitment Test for Group ‘X’ (Education Instructor) Trade and Group ‘Y’ (Medical Assistant) will be held at Manekshaw Parade Ground, 1 Cubbon Road, Bengaluru. Indian Air Force Rally 2020

  • The IAF Rally 2020 will start at 6 AM onwards.
  • Candidates from the state of Karnataka fulfilling the domicile requirements and eligibility conditions can attend the Indian Air Force Rally 2020
  • Eligible candidates can report to IAF Rally venue up to 10 AM on 24 February 2020 & 26 February 2020

Indian Air Force Eligibility 2020 
Education Instructor
  1. B.A with English as one of the subjects or B.Sc. with Physics/ Psychology/ Chemistry/ Mathematics/ IT/ Computer Science/ Statistics as one of the subjects or BCA with a minimum of 50% marks. In addition, B.Ed. degree with a minimum of 50% marks from a government recognized institute is mandatory.ORMA in English/ Psychology or M.Sc. in Mathematics/ Physics/ Statistics/ Computer Science/ IT or MCA with 50% marks. In addition, B.Ed. degree with minimum 50% marks from a government recognized institute, is mandatory.
  2. Graduation, Post-Graduation and B.Ed. programmes should be recognized by UGC/ NCTE/ Competent accreditation authority
Medical Assistant
  1. Candidate should have passed Intermediate /10+2/Class XII or Equivalent Examination with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English approved by Central / State Education Boards listed as COBSE member with minimum 50% marks in aggregate as well as in English in Class XII or equivalent examination. In addition, the candidate must possess the Diploma in Pharmacy from a recognized civil institute and be registered with Pharmacy Council of India or any other Government recognized body
Indian Air Force Age Limit 2020 
    1. Education Instructor
      • For Graduates – Should be born between 17 January 1996 and 30 December 2000
      • For Post-Graduates – Should be born between 17 January 1993 and 30 December 2000
      • In case, a candidate clears the selection procedure then the upper age limit as on date of enrolment is 25 years and 28 years, for graduate and post-graduate candidates respectively.
      • Married candidates are eligible if their age on the date of enrolment is above 22 years.
    1. Medical Assistant
      • Should be born between 17 January 2000 and 30 December 2003
Indian Air Force Pay Scale 2020

During the Training period IAF Stipend of Rs.14, 600 will be paid and on successful completion of training, the below IAF Pay scale will be paid.

    • Education Instructor – Rs. 40,600/- per month
    • Medical Assistant – Rs. 26,900/- per month

Indian Air Force Training and Tenure

Initially, candidates will be appointed for a period of 20 years and sent for a  Joint Basic Phase Training (JBPT) at various Air Force Stations, later it can be extended up to the age of 57 years. At the time of Training period, if the trainee fails to achieve the required standards in academics, profession, physical fitness and discipline or is found to be medically unfit, then they will be terminated.
