SSC General Service (GS/X) / Hydro Cadre:
For the SSC General Service (GS/X) / Hydro Cadre, the Indian Navy SSC officer recruitment 2021 eligibility details are,
- Candidates should have born between 02 Jul 1996 & 01 Jan 2002 (both dates inclusive).
- Merchant Navy Personnel – Candidates having Government of India, Ministry of Shipping & Transport Certificate of Competency (Foreign going) either as a Second Mate, Mate or Master and born between 02 Jul 1991 and 01 Jan 2002 (both dates inclusive) can apply as per stipulations.
- Gender – Only men can apply.
- Educational Qualification – BE/B.Tech in any discipline with minimum 60% marks.
SSC Naval Armament Inspectorate Cadre (NAIC):
For the SSC Naval Armament Inspectorate Cadre (NAIC), the Indian Navy SSC officer recruitment 2021 eligibility criteria are,
- Candidates should have born between 02 Jul 1996 & 01 Jan 2002 (both dates inclusive).
- Gender – Women & men can apply.
- Educational Qualification – BE/B.Tech with minimum 60% marks in Mechanical / Mechanical with Automation / Electrical / Electrical & Electronics / Electronics / Micro Electronics / Instrumentation / Electronics & Communication / Electronics & Tele Communication / Instrumentation & Control / Control Engineering / Production / Industrial Production / Industrial Engineering / Applied Electronics & Instrumentation/ Electronics & Instrumentation / Information Technology / Computer Science / Computer Engineering / Computer Application / Metallurgy / Metallurgical / Chemical / Material Science / Aero Space / Aeronautical Engineering (OR) Post Graduate degree in Electronics / Physics. Candidate must have 60% aggregate marks in class X and XII and minimum 60% marks in English in class X or class XII.
SSC Observer:
For the SSC observer, the Indian Navy SSC officer recruitment 2021 eligibility criteria are,
- Candidates should have born between 02 Jul 1997 & 01 Jul 2002 (both dates inclusive).
- Gender – Only men can apply.
- Educational Qualification – BE/B.Tech in any discipline with minimum 60% marks (Candidate must have 60% aggregate marks in Class X and XII and minimum 60% marks in English in Class X or Class XII).
SSC Pilot:
For the SSC pilot, the Indian Navy SSC officer recruitment 2021 eligibility criteria are,
- Candidates should have born between 02 Jul 1997 & 01 Jul 2002 (both dates inclusive).
- Commercial Pilot License (CPL) Holders – Candidates having valid and current CPL issued by DGCA (India) and born between 02 Jul 1996 and 01 Jul 2002 (both dates inclusive) can apply for Pilot entry as per eligibility criteria.
- Gender – Men & Women can apply (maximum of 03 women only).
SSC Logistics:

- Candidates should have born between 02 Jul 1996 & 01 Jan 2002 (both dates inclusive).

- Educational Qualification – BE/B.Tech in any discipline with First Class (or) MBA with First Class or (iii) B.Sc / B.Com / B.Sc.(IT) First class with a PG Diploma in Finance / Logistics / Supply Chain Management / Material Management or (iv) MCA / M.Sc (IT) with First Class.
