What is the IRMS exam?
IRMS UPSC exam is the Indian Railway Management Service Examination which is a government exam. This exam is given for the candidates who are interested in Railways,Apply Now.
The IRMS exam is usually conducted by Union Public Service Commission. The candidates for the UPSC IRMS are selected through the Civil Services Examination and Indian Engineering Service test. After the Government of India has merged the administrations under the Indian Railways at all levels into the Indian Railway Management Service, the examination is conducted through UPSC.
Following Group “A” services from Civil Services & Engineering Services are now proposed to be merged into IRMS. It is a new cadre created by Indian Railways.
