Ministry Of Defence Consultant Recruitment 2021: Eligibility Criteria
- Retired Officers at the level of DS/Director in the Government of India or equivalent level with Experience in dealing with policy matters.
- Applicants should have worked in the Ministry of Defence for at least 2 years.
Age Limit:
- They should have attained no more than 64 years of age as of the last date of receipt of application.
Ministry Of Defence Consultant Recruitment 2021: Salary
- A fixed monthly amount shall be admissible, arrived at by deducting the basic pension from the pay last drawn at the time of retirement.
- The amount of remuneration so fixed shall remain unchanged for the term of the contract.
- There will be no annual increment/percentage increase during the contract period.
Leave:
- The consultants will be entitled to the paid leave at the rate of 5 days for each complete month of service.
- Accumulation of leave beyond the calendar year may not be allowed. In special circumstances, the Consultant could be called for services on holidays or beyond normal working hours for which no extra remunerator will be paid.
- However, for attending office on Saturday’s/Sundays/Holidays, they may be given compensatory off.
Transport Allowance:
- The Consultants shall not be allowed Transport Allowance for commuting between the residence and the place of work.
- However, they may be allowed TA/DA on the official tour, if any, as per their entitlement at the time of retirement.
