The second lowest number is 641.

924 >729 > 641 > 534 > 374

3^rd digit of 2^nd highest number = 9

2^nd digit of 2^nd lowest number = 3

So, 9/3 = 3

4) Answer: C

374=> 3+4 = 7

534=> 5+4 = 9

729=> 7+9 = 16

924=> 9+4 = 13
