Study the following information carefully and answer the questions given below.

There are eight persons namely- Adhi, Saran, Soniya, Rebi, Rosy, Devi, Mado and Muthu. They all have an exam which is scheduled in two different sessions of a day from Monday to Thursday in a week. The exam timings are same for all the days. There is a difference of 4 hours between two sessions. The timing for the first session is 8 AM and that of the second session is 12 PM.

Rosy has an exam on Tuesday at 8 AM. Saran has an exam on different session of different day with respect to Adhi. Adhi’s exam is scheduled on one of the days before Saran’s exam. The exams of Soniya’s and Rebi’s were scheduled at the same session and there is a gap of at most one exam between them. Mado’s exam is on Wednesday and the session is as same as that of Muthu’s exam. Devi has an exam which is scheduled just after Rebi’s exam on the same day.

Seven persons namely – A, B, C, D, E, F and G  belongs to seven different states viz. Tamil Nadu, Bihar, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Odisha and Assam but not necessarily in the same order. Each of them like different state dances viz. Karagattam, Kathak, Kuchipudi, Bhangra, Kathakali, Karma and Odissi but not necessarily in the same order.

C belongs to Bihar and likes Kathakali. A likes Odissi. B likes neither Kuchipudi nor Kathak. D belongs to Andhra Pradesh. Neither E nor F belongs to Karnataka. The one who belongs to Karnataka likes Karma. D likes neither Karagattam nor Kuchipudi. The one who likes Kathak is either from Assam or Odisha. F likes neither Kuchipudi nor Karagattam. Direction (1-5):

Explanation:

  • Rosy has an exam on Tuesday at 8 AM.
  • Mado’s exam is on Wednesday and the session is as same as that of Muthu’s exam.

We get 2 cases,

  • Devi has an exam which is scheduled just after Rebi’s exam on the same day.

From the conditions, 2 Cases are derived from Case1 and Case2.

  • The exams of Soniya’s and Rebi’s were scheduled at the same session and there is a gap of at most one exam between them.

Hence Case 1(b), Case 1(a) and Case 2(a) were dropped.

  • Saran has an exam on different session of different day with respect to Adhi.
  • Adhi’s exam is scheduled on one of the days before Saran’s exam.

From the above condition we get that,

Adhi’s exam is scheduled on Monday at 8 AM.

Muthu Exam is scheduled on Monday at 12 PM.

Saran’s exam is scheduled on Tuesday at 12 PM.

From the conditions we can conclude that D likes Bhangra.

  • Neither E nor F belongs to Karnataka..
  • F likes neither Kuchipudi nor Karagattam.

Hence, F likes Kathak and belongs to Assam

  • The one who belong Karnataka likes Karma.

Hence G belongs to Karnataka and likes Karma.

E likes Kuchipudi.

So, A and E either belongs to Tamil Nadu or Kerala
