Directions (1-5): Study the following information carefully and answer the given questions.

Eight friends P, Q, R, S, E, F, G and H are seated in a straight line but not necessarily in the same order. Some of them are facing south while some are facing north

E sits second to the left of H. Neither E nor H sits at any of the extreme ends of the row. H is not an immediate neighbour of G. G sits third to the left of F. F sits at one of the extreme ends of the line. R sits second to the right of P. Immediate neighbours of E face opposite directions (if one neighbour faces north, then the other faces south and vice Versa). Both R and S face same direction as P (if P faces north then R and S also faces north and vice versa). Immediate neighbours of G face opposite directions (if one neighbour faces north then the other faces south and vice versa).Only one person sits between G and P. Both the immediate neighbours of P face south

Directions (6-10): Study the following information carefully and answer the given questions.

Eight friends A, B, C, D, E, F, G and H live on eight different floors of a building but not necessarily in the same order. The lowermost floor of the building is numbered 1 and the topmost floor of the building is numbered 8. Each of them likes different cars viz, Renault KWID, Maruti Swift, Tata Tiago, Maruti Alto 800, Datsun Redi GO, Maruti Celerio, Maruti Wagon R and Hyundai Grand i10 but not necessarily in the same order.

The one who likes Maruti Swift lives on an even-numbered floor but not on the topmost floor. Only one person lives between F and the one who likes Datsun Redi GO. Only two persons live between F and the one who likes Maruti Swift. Neither E nor C lives on the first floor.  Person lives between C and the one who likes Tata Tiago is half of the number of persons live between F and the one who likes Maruti Swift. A lives just above F. Only two persons live between E and A. The one who likes Datsun Redi GO does not live on floor number one, B lives on an even-numbered floor and just above C. The one who likes Maruti Alto 800 lives on an even numbered floor and lives just above the person who likes Hyundai Grand i10. C does not like Datsun Redi GO or Hyundai Grand i10. Only two persons live between the one who likes Maruti Celerio and the one who likes Renault KWID . D does not like Maruti Wagon R. The one who likes Maruti Celerio does not live on an odd-numbered floor. H lives just below the one who likes Hyundai Grand i10.
