Team x = 70 %

Team y = 30 %

According to the question,

(70 % – 30 %) of the total score = 72

40 % of the total score = 72

(40/100)*total score = 72

Total score = 72*(100/40) = 180

Total score get by the winner = 180*(70/100) = 126 runs

Let the income of Guru and Vinothini be G and V,

The monthly income of Guru and Vinothini = 52200

G + V = 32000

Guru’s income = x; Vinothini’s income = 52,200 – x

New income of V = New income of G + 2784

V’s new income = (52200 – x)*112/100

G’s new income = x * 120/100

(52200 – x)* (112/100) = x * (120/100) + 2784

(5846400 – 112x)/100 = (120x/100) + 2784

(5846400 – 112x)/100 = (120x + 278400)/100

(5846400 – 112x) = (120x + 278400)

5846400 – 278400 = 112x + 120x

5568000 = 232x

Guru’s income X = (5568000/232) = 24000

Vinothini’s income = 52200 – x = 28200

New Income of Vinothini = 28200*(112/100) = Rs. 31584

Number of people reading news paper after months will be,

= > 5000 * (1 + (5/100)) (1 + (10/100))

= > 5000 * (105/100) * (110/100) = 5775

The maximum marks for each subject is 200

Kavi’s Computer mark =92

Hindi Mark = 64% = (64/100)*200=128

The overall percentage of all three subjects together

=> 65% = (65/100)* 600= 390

Kavi’s total mark,

Computer + Hindi + GK = 390

92 + 128 + GK = 390

=> GK = 390 – 220

=> GK =170

Total salary of Kiran and Varnan  = Rs. 28000

Salary of Kiran = x, Salary of Varnan = 28000 – x

According to the question,

X*(106/100) + (28000 – x)*(108/100) = 29940

(106x/100) + (3024000 – 108x)/100 = 29940

106x + 3024000 – 108x = 2994000

3024000 – 2994000 = 2x

30000 = 2x

X = 15000

Kiran Salary = Rs. 15000

Varnan’s salary = 28000 – 15000 = Rs. 13000

Total no of students = 200

Ratio = 5 : 3 boys = 200/8 * 5 = 125; Girls = 200/8 * 3 = 75

24% of boys who interested in sports = 125 * 24/100 = 30

20% of girls who interested in sports = 75 * 20/100 = 15

Total number of students, who do not get scholarship

= > 200 – (30 + 15) = 200 – 45 = 155

Required % = (155/200) * 100 = 77.5 %

Let the original number be x,

x*(70/100)*x*(125/100) = x – 50

35x/40 = x- 50

35x = 40x – 2000

5x = 2000

x = 2000/5 = 400

Let the total number of people be x,

X*(60/100) * (40/100) = 720

X = 720*(10/6)*(10/4) = 3000

Total number of people = 3000

Let B’s income be Rs. x

A’s income = (120/100) × x = Rs. 6x/5

C’s income = (110/100) × (6x/5) = Rs. 33x/25

(6x/5) + x + (33x/25) = 88000

(30x + 25x + 33x) / 25 = 88000

88x = 88000 * 25

x = 25000

C’s income = Rs. (33/25 × 25000) = Rs. 33000

After 3 years, the population will be,

= > 12000 * (110/100) * (80/100) * (115/100)

= > 22*23*24

= > 12144
