Let angles of quadrilateral be 3x,4x,5x and 6x

3x+4x+5x+6x = 360

=> 18x = 360

=> x=20

Smallest angle of triangle = 2/3 x 3 x 20 = 40

Largest angle of the triangle = 2×40 = 80

Second largest angle of the triangle = 180 – 40 – 80 = 60

Required sum = 60 + 120 = 180°
