Male graduates = 6000 * 2/3 = 4000

Required percentage = 4000/28000 * 100 = 14.28%

33.33% of total post graduates = 2000

Total post graduates = 2000 * 3 = 6000

Total graduates = 6000 * 4 = 24000

Total population = 40000

Total literate people = 40000 * 80/100 = 32000

Total graduates = 32000 * 75/100 = 24000

Total post graduates = 24000 * ¼ = 6000
