SBI Apprentice Salary Structure 2021:
Earlier, the apprenticeship program is for three years. So the selected candidates for the posts of SBI Apprentice will get a monthly stipend for three years only. The stipend will vary according to the year of the apprenticeship. But this year the recruitment board has revised the duration period. From this year the training period has been changed to 1 year. So the selected candidates will get a stipend of Rs. 15,000/-
SBI Apprentice Job Profile:
- This is an Apprentice program not employment in the Bank.
- Selected candidates will be performing multiple tasks at the administration level to understand the functioning of the system. It is basically an administration-level job.
- After-sales services will be their main task to be performed during the training period.
- Continuous analysis of performance will be done by the selected candidates.
- All the tasks assigned by the supervisor will be done only by them.
Important Information:
- The Candidate should NOT have undergone Apprenticeship either in SBI or in any other organization earlier or pursuing Apprenticeship Training as per the apprenticeship Act 1961 as amended.
- Candidates who had training or job experience for a period of one year or more after the attainment of the educational qualifications, shall NOT be eligible for being engaged as Apprentices
