   please provide full answer in the answer instead of giving only the options. It is hard to decipher the logic. Still now i could not understand the logic for machine input . can anyone explain the logic…???

     Step I : rearrange a least odd no. first which is followed by a vowels (in reverse alphabetical order -u,o,i,e,a).

     Step II :it rearrange a highest even no. which is followed by consonant (in reverse alphabetical order Z-A)
