SSC CGL Age limit will be reckoned as on 12.12.2020. Those who do not satisfy the SSC CGL age limit as of 12.12.2020 may claim reservations under proper sections otherwise not eligible to apply for SSC CGL. A candidate appearing for SSC CGL must be either:

  • a citizen of India, or
  • a subject of Nepal, Bhutan, or
  • a Tibetan refugee who came to India before January 1, 1962, with the intention of permanently settling in India, or
  • a person of Indian origin migrated from either/or Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia, Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India.
