Staff Selection Commission has announced the notification to invite the eligible candidates for SI, ASI & Constable GD Posts. Consequently, the commission has conducted the recruitment drive. The selection process is based on Written Exam, Physical Tests & Medical Exam. As of now the written exam & physical test rounds were finished successfully. Qualified candidates from the physical tests will be going to attend the medical exam. The commission has postponed the medical exam date for the SSC CPO. The details are as follows.

F. No. 7/1/2018-C-I/2 (Vol. II) Staff Selection Commission IMPORTANT NOTICE:
It has been communicated by the Ministry of Home Affairs that the Competent Authority has taken the following decisions due to the situation arising out of the COVID-19 pandemic and the need to cater to the emergency:
i. Postponement of the Review Medical Examination (RME) in respect of candidates of Constable (GD) in CAPFs, NIA, SSF and Rifleman (GD) in Assam Rifles Examination, 2018, which was scheduled to be held from 24.03.2020 to 30.04.2020.
ii. Postponement of the Detailed Medical Examination (DME) in respect of 1,723 candidates of Constable (GD) in CAPFs, NIA, SSF and Rifleman (GD) in Assam Rifles Examination, 2018, which was scheduled to be held from 26.03.2020 to 07.04.2020.
iii. Postponement of the Detailed Medical Examination (DME) in respect of the remaining candidates of Sub-Inspector in Delhi Police, CAPFs and Assistant Sub-Inspector in CISF Examination, 2018, which was scheduled to be held from 23.03.2020 to 30.03.2020.
