1). Bolster (Verb) – मजबूत बनाना

Definition: support or strengthen.

Synonyms: strengthen, support, reinforce, make stronger, boost, fortify, give a  boost to

Antonyms: undermine

Usage: the fall in interest rates is starting to bolster confidence

 

2). Coterie (Noun) — मंडली

Definition: a small group of people with shared interests or tastes, especially one that is exclusive of other people.

Synonyms: clique, set, circle, inner circle, crowd, in-crowd, gang, band,  pack, crew, clan, club

Antonyms: separate, individual.

Usage: a coterie of friends and advisers

 

3). Daunting (Adjective) – कठिन

Definition: seeming difficult to deal with in prospect; intimidating.

4). Confrontational (Adjective) – टकराव

Definition:  tending to deal with situations in an aggressive way; hostile or argumentative.

Usage: he distanced himself from the confrontational approach adopted by his predecessor

 

5). Deteriorating (Verb) – बिगडती हुई

Definition: become progressively worse.

6). Hostility (Noun) – शत्रुता

Definition: acts of warfare.

7). Appetite (Noun) — भूख

8). Solely (Adverb) – पूरी तरह से

Definition: not involving anyone or anything else; only.

Usage: he is solely responsible for any debts the company may incur

 

9). Genuinely (Adverb) – सही मायने में

Definition: to the fullest degree; properly.

Synonyms: truly, actually, indeed.

Antonyms: false, wrong, incorrect

Usage: people don’t genuinely understand what they’re dealing with

 

10). Adjournments (Noun) — स्थगन

Definition: an act or period of adjourning or being adjourned.

Synonyms: suspension, breaking off, discontinuation, interruption, postponement

Antonyms: continuation, persistence, beginning, commencement
