  1. Catastrophic (adjective) – विपत्तिपूर्ण

Definition: involving or causing sudden great damage or suffering.

Synonyms: disastrous, calamitous, cataclysmic, ruinous, tragic, fatal, dire, awful, terrible, dreadful

Antonyms: lucky, favored, blessed, providential, auspicious, fortunate, beneficial

Usage: A catastrophic earthquake shook the city of Ikebukuro.

 

  1. Grim (adjective) – बहुत गंभीर या उदास।

Definition: very serious or gloomy.

Synonyms: stern, forbidding, uninviting, unapproachable, aloof, distant, bleak, dreary

Antonyms: cheerful, happy, joyful, excited, happy, enthusiastic

Usage: His grim expression made clear that something was bothering him.

Definition: the fact or process of ending or being brought to an end.
