1)  Indict (verb) –

Meaning: To accuse of wrongdoing; To criticize or speak out against (someone or something)

Synonyms: denounce, condemn, censure, accuse, charge, impeach

Antonyms: acquit, absolve, clear

Usage:  They disproportionately indict young african-american men, and they usually do it very quickly.
