Educational Qualification:
The candidates who wish to apply for TMB careers they should have a previous experience as Deputy General Manager / Assistant General Manager in Public / Private sector scheduled commercial banks.
- AGM: Graduate in IT / Computer Science, Business / Management or Commerce
- GM/ DGM: DGMs / GMs in Public / Private Sector scheduled commercial banks with exceptional experience in IT field at least for a period of 2 years in the cadre.
TMB Recruitment – Experience:
DGM (Inspection/Credit Audit Monitoring): Candidate should have an experience in Inspection and various audit department in the banking sector at least for a period of 5 years.
GM/DGM (Information Technology): Candidate should have exceptional experience in Information Technology field with atleast minimum 10 years and should have had practical experience in a Bank in Core Banking environment.
AGM (Alternative Delivery Channel): 3 years and above relevant experience in Delivery Channel administration in a bank / financial institution. Experience with ATMs, POS, Mobile Banking and Internet Banking is highly desirable.
Age Limit:
Age of the applicant for the post of GM/ DGM/ AGM should have following age range.
