Explanation- The passage is about the recently started roll out of the refurbished bankruptcy courts. According to the passage the undertaking of a bankruptcy case under the new Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC) has come into force. But preservance of just one case should not avert attention from the ultimatums which have still not came into light. The Finance Ministry now expects banks to recover more than ₹1 lakh crore from the resolution of the other cases referred by the RBI to the National Company Law Tribunal.
