IDBI SO Selection Process:
Candidates are screened in the preliminary stage for IBDI SO recruitment based on the given details by the candidates in their online application. Those who have satisfied the prescribed eligibility criteria and other application procedure will be called for Group Discussion (GD) and/ or Personnel Interview (PI) by IDBI. The final Sectional will be made based on PI Marks, and IDBI has allotted 100 marks Personal Interview of the SO recruitment 2019. IDBI has also provided minimum qualifying marks of the candidates in PI which is given below.
- For General Category Candidates – 50 Marks
- For SC/ST/PwD Category Candidates – 45 Marks
