LIC AAO 2019 – Educational Qualification as on 1st March 2019:
Aspirants applying for the posts in LIC AAO should satisfy the following educational qualification
AAO (Generalist): Candidates should have completed Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from the recognized University / Institution.
LIC AAO (IT): Graduate Degree in Engineering in Computer Science, IT or Electronics, or an MCA, or as MSC (Computer Science) from the recognized University / Institution.
AAO (CA): Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized Indian University / Institution and candidate should have passed final examination of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and Completion of Articles as presented by Institute of Chartered Accounts of India.
LIC AAO (Actuarial): Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized Indian University/Institution and Candidates should have compulsorily passed paper CT1 and CT5 plus 4 or more other papers of the examination conducted by the Institute of Actuaries of India / Institute and Faculty of Actuaries, UK.
AAO (Rajbhasha): Post Graduate Master’s Degree in Hindi/Hindi
translation with English as one of the subjects at Bachelor’s Degree level.
LIC AAO 2019 Application Fee
Candidates applying for the exam in LIC AAO 2019 have to pay the application fee as follows

LIC AAO Exam Pattern
The LIC AAO exam pattern consists of 3 phases. The Prelims exam will be followed by the Mains exams. Those who clear the Mains exam too will have to appear for a personal interview being finally appointed as an AAO by LIC. The Prelims exam will be a Computer Based Test (CBT) which will be conducted in both English and Hindi for the ease of the candidates. The Mains exam will also be Bilingual and will be conducted online as well. Candidates clearing these 3 rounds completely will be eligible for the appointment only.
LIC AAO Exam Syllabus
The LIC AAO exam syllabus is carefully created keeping in mind the need of each job roles, although the prelims exam will be same for all the available posts, the Mains exam pattern for IT/ Chartered Accountant / Actuarial will be different than the one for the Rajbhasa post.
