The National Pension System Trust is regulated by the Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority. Now the National Pension System Trust has come out with the NPS notification 2021 for the selection of candidates to the Officer Grade A (Assistant Manager) & Officer Grade B (Manager) vacancies. Eligibility Criteria:
Here we have added the NPS Recruitment 2021 Eligibility criteria for each post.
Officer Grade B (Manager) – General Stream:
For Officer Grade B (Manager) general stream, the eligibility criteria are,
- Upper age (As of 30-11-2020) – 30 years.
- Educational Qualification – Master’s Degree in any discipline, Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from a recognized university, CA, CFA, CS, CWA.
- Desirable experience of a minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience in officer cadre in dealing with the problems relating to pension / financial sectors, special knowledge/ experience in law, investigation, finance, economics, Accountancy, Administration or any other discipline considered useful to the Trust.
Officer Grade B (Manager) – IT Stream:
For Officer Grade B (Manager) general stream, the eligibility criteria are,
- Upper age (As of 30-11-2020) – 30 years.
- Educational Qualification – Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical / Electronics / Electronics and communication / Information Technology / Computer Science) / Masters in Computers Application / Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with post graduate qualification (minimum 2 years duration) in Computers / Information Technology.
- Desirable experience of a minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience in the relevant field.
Officer Grade A (Assistant Manager):
For Officer Grade A (Assistant Manager) general stream, the eligibility criteria are,
- Upper age (As of 30-11-2020) – 30 years.
- Educational Qualification – Master’s Degree in any discipline, Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from a recognized university, CA, CFA, CS, CWA.

NPS Recruitment 2021 – Salary:
Here we have added the NPS recruitment 2020-2021 salary and allowance details. so check the NPS recruitment 2021 salary structure for all posts.
- Grade B (Manager) – The pay scale of Officers in Grade B is Rs.35150-1750(9)-50900-EB 1750(2)-54400-2000(4)-62400 (16 years). Presently, the gross emolument includes NPS Trust’s contribution towards the National Pension System (NPS), Grade Allowance, Special Allowance, Dearness Allowance, Local Compensatory Allowance, and Housing Allowance.
- Grade A (Assistant Manager) – The pay scale of Officers in Grade A is Rs.28150  – 1550(4) – 34350 – 1750(7) – 46600 – EB – 1750(4) – 53600 – 2000(1) – 55600 (17 years). Presently, the gross emolument includes NPS Trust’s contribution towards the National Pension System (NPS), Grade Allowance, Special Allowance, Dearness Allowance, Local Compensatory Allowance, and Housing Allowance.
