The RRC East Coast Railway Recruitment Board has prescribed certain educational criteria for various posts.

Technician – III: Applicants should have completed Matriculation with either National Trade Certificate (NTC) or National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) issued by National Council of Vocational Training from any recognized institute in their relevant discipline.
RRC ECR Recruitment 2019: Commercial Cum Ticket Clerk: Aspirants should have a 12th (+2 Stage) or it’s equivalent with not less than 50% marks in the aggregate.
Jr. Clerk cum Typist: Candidates should possess 12th (+2 Stage) or its equivalent with not less than 50% marks in the aggregate.
