Job Profile:
SBI Apprentice means learning bank duties. This does not entitle me to a permanent job in the SBI. This is the first thing that candidates should know in SBI Apprentice 2021 job profile. The SBI apprentice work profile 2021 consists of,
- They are trainees in the SBI organization. They should learn the basics of banking activities, and the functioning of the bank system.
- The main role of the SBI apprentice is to do the after-sale services and other multiple works.
- They will also be responsible for analyzing the finished tasks.
- The SBI apprentice should take responsibility for all the works that their superiors assign.
The duration of the training period is one year only. Weightage/Relaxation in the recruitment of Junior Associates will be given to the apprentices who have successfully completed the Apprenticeship training in our Bank. The apprentices are eligible for a stipend of Rs.15000/- per month. The apprentices are not eligible for any other allowances/ benefits.
Is SBI Apprentice is a Permanent Job?
Definitely, the SBI Apprentice is NOT a permanent job. The notification clearly mentions that the training period is 3 years only. In this period, the candidates should perform the duties as said in the above para of SBI apprentice job profile 2021. In this entire period, you can learn the skills that are essential to work in the banking industry. After the completion of the training period, the SBI will not retain any of the apprentices to continue their service.
In the middle of the training period, if you get any other better opportunity or clear any government exams, you can resign from the training program. The SBI does not mention any bond/contract in the notification.
SBI Apprentice Career Growth 2021:
After the successful completion of the training period, you will get an internship certificate. This experience will be surely useful for you to enter any other private bank. Also, you can use this experience if you crack any other government bank exams.
