SSC General Duty Constable is released almost every year. Last year, SSC has announced 54953 vacancies for the post of GD Constable in Border Security Force (BSF), Central Industrial Security Force (CISF), Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF), Indo Tibetan Border Police (ITBP), Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB), National Investigation Agency (NIA) and Secretariat Security Force (SSF) and Rifleman (General Duty) in Assam Rifles.

This year due to the pandemic the notification has been delayed. According to the new dates released by the Staff Selection Commission, the SSC GD notification will be released on 25-03-2021 and the exams are scheduled to be held from 02-08-2021 to 25-08-2021.

  • There will be no negative marking in the Phase-I Computer-Based Examination (CBE) of the SSC GD Exam.
